We have much planned for this week:
- Poetry Out Loud class competition is fast approaching, and each of you needs to select and memorize at least one poem from the POL Ethology.
- We will have a quiz on lesson one in your vocabulary book and do the "Wordbusting [sic]" activities for lesson two. (Ask me what [sic] means.)
- We will continue with our study of the parts of speech. Expect a quiz on each part of speech with a test on all of them by the end of next week.
- And we musn't leave out our literature. Yes, we'll continue reading and discussing The Narrative of the Life of Frederick Douglass.
So much to do...so little time....
